Chet Miller, named after the late, great Chet Miller (race car driver) and creator of Car Wheels Reviewed, specializes in auto restoration. His love for cars started at a young age, and close family and friends particularly remember him for the phase he went through with a crazy 'obsession' for car wheels. Chet says that "Putting the wrong set of wheels on any car is [to me] the same thing as putting clown shoes on a beautifully dressed woman."
